If you’re considering a flight in a Spitfire you may wonder about the onboard environment. The rear cockpit of two seat Spitfires are fully featured and include all of the major flight controls and instruments to give you the full pilot experience. The pilot will fully explain the effects of controls and also how to understand the array of data being displayed. If you’re already a pilot then of course this will all be familiar to you of course but don’t worry if not as the main objective is to look out of the canopy and take in the sheer exhilaration.
Following the flight you will have ample time to debrief with the pilot and ask any further questions about what you have just experienced.
